**IT Support Technician**

**Job description**

Falcones Bakery is an award-winning Australian family-owned business that combines an unbridled passion for baking with eight generations of baking experience. Our bakery is a fusion of modern technology and traditional baking, where our products are based on authentic recipes that go back eight generations.

**Key responsibilities**
- Perform regular checks and preventative maintenance on IT equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimise downtime.
- Assist with the setup and deployment of new workstations and equipment.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for network connectivity issues (LAN/WLAN)
- Assist in the testing and implementation of new software or system upgrades.
- Provide basic training and guidance to users on IT best practices and new software functionalities.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical users to understand problems and explain solutions clearly.
- May be required to provide on-call support on a rotational basis for critical issues.

**Skills Required**:

- Proven experience 1-3 years in an IT support ideally within a manufacturing or similar fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with network concepts, programming languages and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a methodical approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Cisco) are a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
