Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Creating advertising campaigns - Product range merchandising - Conducting sales training - Developing sound dealership relations - Planning strategic visits to key retail outlets - Selling the value proposition of your brand to dealers and retailers. **What you'll need to succeed** - 4 years of retail or consumer product sales/ or marketing experience - A "hunter" mentality and doesn't mind being on the road - Strong interest in learning about and supporting all aspects of a business - Willingness to travel 1-2 weeks per month - Team management experience in the retail space is highly regarded **What you'll get in return** **What you need to do now** If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career. 2861768
