Platform Manager

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Technology, the Platform Manager, Enterprise Applications is responsible for management of a number of Enterprise Applications. Initially this will cover the Consent & Preference Management system, but will be extended to other platforms such as WPEngine and the Intranet.

To be successful in the role you will be adept in leveraging SaaS based platforms to meet the ever evolving needs of business stakeholders and technology teams. Experience in systems that manage privacy, governance or compliance would be an advantage in this role.

**Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders across various business units and internal technology teams
- Owning the vendor relationship, management of vendor contracts and licencing
- Work closely with assigned Enterprise, Domain, and Solution Architects to ensure alignment of your platforms to the strategy, projects and governance.
- Oversee the support and operations of the platforms including any integrations to connected systems, ensuring the systems are stable and available.
- Management of system capacity and growth, keeping system current with regular version updates, and managing innovation.
- Keep support teams accountable for timely and effective support of the platform
- Work with business stakeholders to identify meaningful SLA’s and implement support processes and resourcing to support these
- Maintain a strong focus on the platforms’ budget including ensuring adherence with purchase order and invoice processes. Regular reporting, identification and tracking of opportunities to reduce waste / increase value.
- Develop platform roadmap by partnering with the business and in consultation with Architecture to ensure their technology requirements are met
- Manage any project related changes on the platform, including provision of estimates, assigning resources, management of vendor statements of work, and leading the delivery of changes on the platform.

**Who you are**
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, being the single point of accountability for one or more systems.
- Previous experience managing systems responsible for privacy and/or consent and preference management would be advantageous
- Technical Expertise - This role will require some hands-on configuration and administration of the systems managed
- A strong level of financial and commercial literacy is required along with familiarity of budget planning and execution.

- A general understanding of advertising and marketing ecosystem functions
- Ability to navigate a complex stakeholder matrix
- Degree in technology, computer science or a related field
