**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a safety-focused and detail-oriented **Warehouse Operator** to join our team at **Stapylton, QLD**.

This is a **full-time, permanent position**, reporting to the **Warehouse Supervisor**. You'll be responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of warehouse goods to support business operations and customer demand.

Your work pattern will include:

- **Monday to Friday**:

- **Day shifts** (standard hours, with some flexibility required)
- **76 hours per fortnight**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive, store, prepare and dispatch goods safely and efficiently.
- Load distribution vehicles in a safe, presentable manner.
- Maintain FIFO stock rotation and assist with stocktakes.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
- Uphold high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety.

**What You'll Bring**
- Current forklift licence (essential).
- Proven experience with dispatch, stock handling and stocktakes.
- Physically fit and able to meet the demands of warehouse operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, take initiative, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and WHS standards (desirable).
