**About the Role**

We are currently seeking an organised and detail-oriented **Warehouse Administrator** to join our team at **Stapylton, QLD**.

This is a **full-time, permanent position**, reporting to the **Warehouse Supervisor**. You'll be responsible for supporting warehouse operations through accurate data entry, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

Your work pattern will include:

- **Monday to Friday**:

- **Day shifts** (standard hours)
- **76 hours per fortnight**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administration support to the Warehouse team.
- Accurately complete data entry and maintain records in warehouse systems.
- Assist with stock control, reconciliations, and documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS, HACCP, and GMP standards.

**What You'll Bring**
- Previous administration experience in a warehouse, logistics or FMCG environment (preferred).
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive and team-focused approach to work.
