Our client based in Stapylton QLD are seeking an assistant for their Battery Room.
To be considered for this position you will need to be
. Proactive and effective internal/external customer service and communication
- Meet targets/reporting in line with internal/external customer requirements
- Contribute to cost management internal and external

**Performance Expectations**
- Demonstrated compliance with and commitment to all company's principles and values
- Active participation in and commitment to the company’s Performance Review and Development Plan process
- Proactive and effective internal/external customer service
- Effective and professional communication with all stakeholders including Linde and Woolworths staff
- **Maintain appropriate Operational Requirements**
- Undertake all Operational and Safety requirements operate the Battery Change equipment in accordance with the training instructions of WOW.
- Understand and follow the battery change sequence as indicated on the iBOS.
- Scan all batteries through the sequence to record events on iBOS.
- Water batteries in accordance Specifications and scan record.
- Conduct basic cleaning of battery and check operation of SPW system.
- Maintain basic battery records or enter into iTAG system.
- Report incidents or problems to site Technician.
- Undertake good housekeeping and maintenance of Battery Room

Abilities, Skills & Experience:
**Essential**:

- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of Material Handling equipment
- **Current forklift license**:

- **Current C Class vehicle license**:

- Experience and a sound understanding of warehouse procedures
- The ability to work autonomously and with other team members
- A genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
- Well-developed personal responsibility to operate with third party’s equipment and staff.
