**What the day will look like**

This role is responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders with management of a portfolio of mainly global and corporate client claims from initiation through to resolution. You’ll be dealing with a broad and diverse range of risk classes, mainly across Property and Professional Indemnity, as well as various other products.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Provide strategic advice to the client through the life of the claim
- Advocating on behalf of your client
- Undertaking presentations to the client on their claims risks
- Developing strong client and insurer relationships to help facilitate successful outcomes on claims
- Accurate claims reporting and analysis
