To continue our success, we are looking for an experienced
 **Technical/Engineering Maintenance Manager** to join our team based at
 **Regency Park** to manage all site engineering functions including maintenance planning and delivery, ongoing CMMS development, projects, stores, inventory control, budgets and related functions. You will also plan and implement initiatives which increase plant availability and capability and support site cost, quality, safety, environmental and service objectives, as well as support national engineering-related plans and projects by working collaboratively with the National Engineering and Packaging team.
**Responsibilities**
- Increase plant uptime, namely TE & NE
- Continuously improve plant capability
- Support achievement of site scorecard objectives
- Lead and manage capital expenditure projects
- Control expenses within AOP
- As a control owner, it’s the responsibility to keep the test scripts updates and execute the control as designed, all failures to be remediated timely and updated to Sub process owner for any change in the process.
- Lead planned maintenance strategy
- Provide technical support
- Manage support staff and trades employees
- Develop positive working relationships with Manufacturing and other functions
- Ensure compliance with government, statutory and licensing requirements
- Actively contribute to the development of safe plant, equipment, and work practices
- Demonstrate and exercise a commitment to promote, develop and improve the health, safety, and welfare of our people.
- Reduce the value and number of Spare Parts SKU’s to acceptable levels.
**Qualifications**
- Engineering degree, preferably in an electrical or mechanical discipline
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and planning skills
- 10 years’ experience in relevant engineering roles, preferably in an FMCG industry
- Well-developed people leadership, change management and team-building skills
- Proven ability to set and gain commitment to targets and deadlines
- Well-developed PC skills, desirably with exposure to SAP
- Knowledge of modern safety management principles
- Exposure to high-speed packaging equipment and/or comparable processing technology
