To continue our success, we are looking for a** Capability Manager **for our Regency Park site.

This position will lead and coordinate all site onboarding and training activities in a 24/7 Manufacturing facility. These activities include working closely with all functions across the site to deliver a best in class on-boarding experience and ongoing technical training to our new and existing associates.

**Responsibilities**:
**About the role**:

- To ensure a coordinated approach to frontline training & development, and consistency of frontline leadership approach.
- To manage the onboarding of all new hires into the business ensuring they receive all mandatory training, uniforms, security access and relevant tools.
- Coordinate development plans and monitor trainees’ individual performance in line with timelines as expected against a specific training performance criteria.
- This role will be responsible for the successful integration for trainees into the functional
- The role will be responsible for the development and management of the site direct and indirect training budget.
- Development and upkeep of all site based training materials.
- To support the site achieve its GEHSMS standards, Pep+ KPI’s, E2E waste management and the Business People strategy
- Undertake all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures and support a
continuous improvement environment

Qualifications:
**About you**:

- Effective leadership and influencing skills to develop to achieve agreed goals and objectives which drive continues improvements.
- Plan and co-ordinate several simultaneous work activities and be forward thinking
- Relate effectively with a broad range of levels and disciplines and develop technical competency within the expected functions
- Must have effective communication skills and influencing presentation skills
- Interpersonal skills which foster the trust, co-operation and support of others and be the enabler to removing obstacles and barriers within their control
- Must have a passion for continuous improvement and leverage modern technologies to enhance training skills within the business
- Core understanding of Food Safety and HACCP principles and practices
- Basic understanding of budget preparation (financial and analytical capability)
