We are an established and growing Managed IT Services Provider looking for an IT Helpdesk / Support Analyst to join our small, close-knit team in Randwick. If you are junior or perhaps a recent Uni graduate looking for an opportunity to increase your knowledge base and progress your career, come and join our team

**About the Role**:

- Ensure level 1 and 2 incident tickets are tracked and resolved or escalated to the appropriate support provider
- Install software and perform routine maintenance and network administration tasks
- Document actions and procedures, troubleshooting steps and equipment information
- Attending training as necessary
- IT Related Admin tasks

**About you**:

- Understanding of computer and network hardware, including routing / switching
- Experience in basic computer / network hardware troubleshooting (Windows based)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective problem solving and decision making
- Willingness to learn, adapt, grow, accept criticism and work as part of a close-knit team
- Previous experience at a Managed Service Provider is valuable, but not essential
- Tertiary IT certifications or qualifications are good, but for the right person, we will consider hiring without
- **Australian citizenship or permanent residency is a must.**

**Core Technical Competencies**:

- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Knowledge of Helpdesk ticketing systems
- Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Win 10)
- Working knowledge of Cloud Computing (MS Azure)
- PC Hardware maintenance experience (diagnosing faults, updates, and installations)

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
