About the Role
This Senior Finance Analyst role is primarily focused on budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and producing high-quality reporting for senior leadership. While some cross-functional interaction is required, the core of the role is technical, analytical, and detail-driven, ensuring accuracy and insight in all financial outputs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning and performance analysis
- Deliver accurate month-end reporting and variance analysis in line with deadlines
- Prepare board and executive-level reports with clear, concise financial insights
- Develop reporting dashboards, templates, and tools to improve analysis and efficiency
- Partner with operational teams on a limited basis to gather inputs and validate assumptions
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and modelling accuracy
Your Skills & Experience
- Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/CPA/CIMA preferred)
- 4-6 years' experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or similar, with a strong focus on budgeting, forecasting, and modelling
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; exposure to BI/reporting tools an advantage
- High attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate, professional reports
- Strong communication skills, able to present insights to finance leadership
