**Description**:
We have positions available as Customer Solutions Specialists; these roles are responsible for taking inbound calls to assist the public with general information regarding public transport in Queensland.

You will be provided with all the support and training you need to do your job well. This role will be fast-paced, dynamic, and very rewarding.

**Key Details**:
Multiple permanent, full-time roles available - 38 hours per week
Opportunity for part-time, working 5 days, must be able to work the first 6 week full time.
Roles commence in August.
12 days comprehensive paid training and access to additional support while you are settling in
Must be available to work on a rotational roster, 5 days Monday to Sunday 6:00am to 6:00am
Rotating roster generally released 2 weeks in advance
Incentives

NO SALES involved.. this is a customer service role
You will be required to complete a police check for this role
