**About the opportunity**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant Marketing team, providing creative, operational and administrative support to Bolton Clarke’s Retirement Living’s marketing operations.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Coordinate the development and production of materials to support marketing, communications and business objectives.
- Support the development of materials, marketing collateral, and integrated content to support Bolton Clarke’s retirement living service offering.
- Contribute to content development and coordinate across select offline and online channels.
- Liaise with service providers and contractors, including external and internal clients, suppliers, agencies, and others as required.
- Support and contribute to active event management across our Marketing Portfolio as required.
- Provide administrative support to the Retirement Living Operations departments as required.
- Inter or Intrastate travel may be required on short notice.

**We would love to hear from you if you have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or similar, or a minimum of two years relevant experience deemed the equivalent.
- Proven experience in planning and delivering high quality marketing outcomes and a solid understanding of marketing and brand management principles, B2B and B2C marketing and communications.
- Broad reaching copywriting skills including a demonstrated ability to write for different audiences and different platforms in a complex environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Well-developed organisational, administrative and project planning skills, with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva & PowerPoint.
