About the opportunity:
Reporting to our Sr. Manager, this highly collaborative role leads cross-functional teams to deliver highly engaging, KPI-achieving campaigns for clients. You will interface regularly with data sciences, reporting, client services, engineering, and campaign operations teams to design, plan, execute, and measure campaign initiatives to drive business results on behalf of clients across industries and geographic regions.

This client-facing role is responsible for working with Sr. Managers to define member journeys, brief campaigns, deliver campaign performance recaps and insights, and provide recommendations for optimizing future results. They will be expected to have a deep level of understanding related to both industry best practices and current trends, as well as how to most effectively engage campaign operations and other internal teams to deliver highly effective performance marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Role Specific Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and then translate into marketing/campaigns objectives that you and the team can begin working toward
- Collaborate with Sr. Manager to design marketing campaign strategies and plans, brief campaigns, coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery
- Develop and deliver written campaign briefs to internal and external stakeholders
- Synthesize analysis of each campaign, including customer segmentation, behaviour-based and triggered messaging. Uncover key findings on performance for each campaign and adjust for future initiatives
- deliver reports, insights, and recommendations to client
- Work within tight deadlines, without compromising quality of the output
- Provide consulting leadership across multiple accounts and directly interact with stakeholders on various activities
- Identify opportunities for standardization, prepare documentation and build standardized processes and templates.

Who are you?

We are looking for a talented team player who has a strong background working for a technology-driven business, and who displays the following skills, knowledge, and attributes:
Background and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:

- BA/BS in marketing, business, analytics, computer science, management information systems, statistics, technology, journalism, mass communications and/or related field of study, or equivalent work experience
- A strong background and familiarity in digital marketing and media technologies, customer journey mapping, channels, member segmentation models, and terminology
- Experience in presenting work to clients and stakeholders and conversing with management both internally and externally
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- An understanding of marketing cloud solutions (Responsys, Salesforce, or Acoustic, preferred)
- Proficient with managing numbers and passionate about using data to drive insights and continuous improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint in particular

Preferred Qualifications:

- 5+ years of relevant customer lifecycle engagement, analytical, media, account/engagement, CRM communication planning and experience
- Comfortable synthesizing and presenting technical concepts and insights
- Hands-on experience with campaign platforms such as Responsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Acoustic
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Domo, Looker)

- Quantitative and comfortable working with data
- Provide campaign recommendations based on analytical findings
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and upsell opportunities
- Team player who can work in a cross-functional and global environment
- An excellent communicator, with an ability and confidence to build both outstanding customer relationships and gain internal support
- Have an experimentation mindset and love to learn through testing
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, including presentation design and delivery
- Must be able to work independently and in a team setting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, multi-tasking while under pressure and tight deadlin
