**As a **Social Media Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for**:

- Social media community management including responding to post comments and private messages on Facebook, Instagram, Trust Pilot and Product Review in timely manner, maintaining the brand tone of voice and values
- Work with agencies to delegate and escalate customer enquiries to relevant teams
- Assist the Social and Content Manager with the execution of the social media and content strategy, and provide customer insights
- Assist with the development of initiative briefs to advertising, digital, media and other agency partners as required
- Ensure that all marketing materials/campaigns and initiatives are executed in line with brand guidelines
- Support the broader marketing team with content creation as requested
- Support ad hoc marketing projects such as the development and execution of consumer promotions to local campaigns for social
- Monitor, track and report on online customer feedback and reviews providing customer insights to the broader business

**About you**
- Customer service, social media/digital marketing experienced preferred
- A keen interest in the health, beauty, and cosmetics industry
- A positive attitude and energetic approach with a genuine shared enthusiasm towards the opportunity to create amazing customer experiences and outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to maintain calm under pressure
- Efficiency and organisational skills
