**Who are we?**

Originating 13 years ago in Australia, Laser Clinics is the industry leader in non-invasive aesthetic treatments; Laser Hair Removal, Cosmetic Injections, Skin and Body treatments and skincare brands; Skinstitut and Skinstitut Expert.

The LCA business is a mix of company-owned and franchised business which are a 50/50 partnership between Franchisee and LCA, meaning we have a significant vested interest in the success of each clinic.

We have operations within Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United Kingdom, with ambitious plans for international expansion. With over 200 clinics globally, we are the market leading Aesthetics provider.

**As the Marketing Assistant, you will**:

- Support the development of campaign materials and be the point of contact for clinic campaign support, including design agencies, internal marketing teams and clinic Franchisees
- Leading the marketing communications to the Laser Clinics network of Franchisees and Clinic Managers on behalf of the Marketing team
- Ensuring the communication calendar is updated with campaign activities
- Supporting the development and distribution of global marketing assets
- Timely and accurate reporting on all initiatives and key priorities
- Working closely with the Finance team to provide timely and accurate processing of all marketing invoices and tracking against the yearly marketing budget and spend
- Ensuring productive relationships with key internal/external stakeholders are maintained

**About you**
- Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in traditional marketing, ideally in the retail industry
- Experience in campaign support will be highly regarded
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise deadlines
- Analytical ability and demonstration on initiative performance and business impact
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and manage multiple stakeholders
- High level of attention to detail
