Our services to clients in the Resources market is focused on supporting the sustainable operation of their facilities and infrastructure while underpinning the global transition into new energy which is aligned with our global strategy. This role will focus on leading the pursuit and delivery of key opportunities within the new energy and resources sector. The primary focus of the role will be to support studies from our clients in new energy and resources but may also cross over into downstream delivery phases. This appointment will focus on developing a Jacobs offering that leverages our existing multi-disciplinary capability providing a unique value proposition for our clients. **Here’s What You’ll Need**: - 15 years professional experience in relevant industry - Effectively leads mechanical engineering elements of studies, projects and proposal teams - Knowledge of planning, study, detailed design, commissioning and close out resources and and/or new energy projects, with sound knowledge of current design standards - Familiar with the delivery methodology including ; initiation-, development - and delivery-phases, the specific requirements and levels of accuracy as well as design maturity required at each delivery gate for resources and/or new energy clients - Current knowledge of international and local engineering methods, applicable codes and specifications associated with new energy and resources projects - Current knowledge of international and local engineering methods, applicable codes and specifications associated with new energy and resources projects - Experience with various aspects of the planning, design and commissioning processes, construction methods and interface requirements of multi-disciplinary projects **Jacobs.
