- Phoenix Source & Select are excited to present this opportunity with a National leading independent workwear supplier is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join a fast-paced team and fun office. This role will focus on delivering outstanding customer sales and service to support customers via a variety of platforms in order to support the sales team.
- As a self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, you are wanting a career in a successful sales team of a rapidly growing Australian based company that is seeing exponential growth.**Key responsibilities are;**
- Manage all inbound queries regarding products and services
- Process product returns, replacements and account credits
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to support the processing of orders

The successful individual will bring outstanding sales expertise from a product-based organisation, ideally within the wholesale or industrial sector.
- With excellent communication, time management and the desire to be proactive in driving sales within a friendly team environment you will be rewarded with autonomy role and a competitive remuneration package.
