**About the Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join **Surgical & Women’s and Babies Services **as a** Business Officer, **where you will be responsible for:

- providing financial and administrative management
- undertaking capital and minor equipment processes
- the provision of information and support regarding staffing, business and operational processes and policies,
- information management, business improvement

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven ability to communicate and negotiate effectively and concisely with all levels of management, staff and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate high degree of initiative, drive and ability to work with mínimal if any direct supervision.
- A commitment and dedication to quality customer service provision.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and learning
- Experience in actively leading senior Managers in the management of administrative, workforce, financial and business resources at an operational level.
- Experience in the monitoring of staff plans for budgeting and resource management purposes
- Demonstrated experience in providing high quality customer service to a diverse range of customers.
