This is your opportunity to join i-motor’s Customer Relationship Management Team as a** Customer Support Consultant**. As part of this team, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all technical, website and support issues. If you are passionate about customer service, website maintenance and design, brand management and building relationships, then we want to hear from you.

**Job Description**:
**What you’ll do**
- Offer advice and recommendations, from diagnosis through to resolution via our ticketing system.
- Collaborate and connect with established dealership accounts to acquire and maintain new business relationships.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining brand content including brand guidelines, special offers and vehicle data to ensure correct manufacture with dealership representation.
**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrate understanding and expertise in basic HTML5, CSS3 and Photoshop knowledge.
- You are a confident communicator able to understand technical issues and translate them to a non-technical audience.
- The ability to multitask, priorities your workload and adapt quickly to change.
- Someone with a clear track record of meeting KPIs.
- Reliable and dependable person with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- If you have experience in the Automotive Industry, this is a bonus
