The primary purpose of the position is to ensure that from the time customers and their children enter our facility they feel welcome, engaged and support through answering class enquires, billing support, first class welcome as well as supporting our coaches to ensure that the centre is being maintained to a high standard. **YOU WILL ALSO**: - Ensure all members are welcome and supported when in the Centre - Support the Centre Manager in customer engagement and retention programs - Ensure all enquiries are being answered in a timely and efficient manner - Ensure that you are working closely with the Centre Manager in promoting marketing programs and initiatives - Assisting with stock control and ordering - Maintaining a high standard of presentation in the Centre - Reception / Front desk duties - Ensuring the confidentiality, credibility and safety of all members on site - Working with the team to ensure that everyone who enters our facilities have a good experience from beginning to end. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?** - Must have a ‘can-do' attitude and a customer service focus - Enjoy working with children - Strong attention to detail - Proven history in customer service, administration or sport and recreation fields an advantage but not essential. **BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH US**: BK Gymnastics offers a friendly and dynamic working environment, ongoing support and professional development opportunities. **ADDITIONAL NOTES**: BK Gymnastics is an Equal Opportunity Employer that respects and values diversity and inclusion.
