**About the role**
In this role, you will design and facilitate the delivery of a full range of employee experience focused organisational development programs. With a focus on culture evaluation and talent management this role will oversee the core people processes of Employee Engagement and Talent Management, ensuring that these processes are deeply rooted in principles for human centred design to deliver a positive employee experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work collaboratively with the organisation’s Strategy, People and Performance team to provide and co-design integrated and effective organisational development programs and content.
- Develop and lead the implementation of new conceptual frameworks and supporting systems, tools and activities intended to build the capability of People leaders and employees for Employee Engagement and Talent Management processes.
- Lead Employee persona journey mapping and integrate these insights across SP&P into key programs of work to ensure that Employee Experience is at the centre of each product.
- Oversee and liaise with external vendors commissioned by the organisation, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, with return of investment.
- Design and deliver educational programs for awareness building, to support the implementation of the organisational development programs.
**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in delivering a range of organisation development initiatives and experience in developing employee life cycles through creative employee initiatives.
Essential Experience:
- Well-developed communication skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels and with the ability to influence where appropriate
- Highly organised with administration skills to be able to meet deadlines under conflicting pressures while being committed to meeting customer expectations
- Monitor, measure and analyse learning requirements through a capability matrix
- Ability to build effective relationships, influence and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve support and deliver desired outcomes
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in either learning, organisational development, human resources or a related discipline with demonstrated experience in a similar role
