- Support the bookings manager in the operation of the labour-hire department
- Plan and manage the onboarding of new employees
- Develop and coordinate recruitment strategies
- Work a Thursday - Monday week with flexible working arrangements

**What you will need?**
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Prior experience in hospitality, recruitment and or team management, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, hiring practices and business development
- A natural drive to succeed and the ability to handle adversity
