**SALES REPRESENTATIVE**

**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a strong, enthusiastic, energetic Sales Representative to join the business. Reporting to the Major Account Manager - this role is primarily responsible for development and maintenance of customer relationships ensuring excellent customer service We are looking for someone with a resilient personality, who understands road transport, warehousing and the importance associated in sales and account management.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Responding and managing sales enquiries.
- Visiting customers both in the Perth metropolitan and regional areas of WA.
- Address phone / web site quotes and enquiries for potential ongoing sales.
- Identify new market opportunities by regular contact within the current customer base.
- Assist customers with processing their freight movement requirements.
- Maintain the CRM - contacts, customers, enquiries, opportunities, activities and tasks.
- Proven track record of sales and account management
- Transport and warehousing industry experience advantageous
- Valid Australian Driving License
- Will possess a sound understanding of leveraging the sales process to uncover customer needs, present appropriate solutions and close out customer issues timely.
- Able to travel regionally to conduct regular customers meetings and identify new opportunities.
