**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join our Australian Steel Market business in our Forrestfield team as an Account Coordinator, initially in a 6 month contract with further opportuntites.

As part of our broader cross-functional customer service team, you will regularly partner with our Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Marketing departments to collectively develop customer product and supply solutions.

You will be the key customer representative to a dedicated portfolio of valued BlueScope customer accounts, maintaining our high standards of service delivery. You will gain invaluable exposure working across multiple business streams and stakeholders where you can grow your professional knowledge and experience and gain invaluable experience with an iconic Australian company.

**What will you do?**

In these varied and cross functional opportunities, you will:

- manage the customer experience for your account portfolio
- work with internal stakeholders to provide solutions and deliver product in line with customer business needs
- provide our customers with real-time updates on product and service-related matters
- identify improvements with our systems and processes, assisting with implementing changes for internal teams and customers

**More about you**

As an experienced professional or recent graduate, you will bring:

- relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in a B2B customer service/sales environment
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- good attention to detail with the ability to resolve issues and identify solutions
- computer competency to learn our IT systems including Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office
- a thirst for learning and taking on new challenges and initiatives
