**Your new role**
Reporting to the State Manager, the key focus of this role is to maintain the position as an industry-leading producer of asphalt; whilst ensuring the organisations commitment to safety is at the forefront of all that they do. You ‘ll:

- Manage the day-to-day operations, including production and transport supervisors.
- Provide production planning, stock control, preparation of budgets and cost monitoring.
- Optimization of the Asphalt Plant, quality control, mix designs.
- Manage, support, and provide guidance to a team of 30 professionals.

**What you'll need to succeed**
This position would suit someone that has demonstrated experience in a similar role within the Asphalt industry, that has a high regard for safety and quality.
- A tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related field.
- Production supervisor/manager experience in a related field.
