An exciting full-time permenant opportunity to join a Global business, now trading for over 100 years. My client is currently seeking an experienced service administrator to join their busy team in Melbourne.

Working closely as a team and reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders of the business. This role has WFH flexibility and will start immediately or whenever you are ready

**The role**:

- Cross check any incoming/internal correspondence to ensure internal credit and services processes are followed.
- Process purchase orders for service activities and manage authorization.
- Liaise with customers/suppliers and coordinate resolution of issues or queries arising in a timely and effective manner.
- Other adhoc duties.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated knowledge and experience within an administrative function or department OR call center environment (preferred).
- Effective communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Effective interpersonal skills including ability to clarify and resolve customer service Issues.
- Attention to detail and process driven.
- Motivated and self-starter.
- MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficient.
- Knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety responsibilities specific to the area of work.
- Certificate in Business Administration (desirable).
- Own drivers license (preferred).
