**About the Company**

Gain valuable real life experience & insights working for a NSW Government Organisation as a Customer Service Officer. This position is a 6 month contract based in Wollongong. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer.

**About the Role**
- General administrative work.
- Process inbound and outbound mail
- Scan and file inbound mail.
- Enveloping.
- Conduct visa checks with the Department of Home Affairs.
- Other duties as needed
- Required onsite 5 days per week, WFH will not be a viable option

- Extensive experience in administration
