The Company

The Role

This role will see you manage the delivery of all activities related to our Electronic Warfare, Intelligence, Surveillance (EWIS) Land Domain Integrated Work Package (IWP) for Defence, as well as all staff assigned to the IWP. You will also oversee, coordinate and control any projects within the IWP and act as a point of contact for the client. A focus on building relationships, managing KBR’s partnerships and maintaining client satisfaction will be key to this role, with a view to maximising business opportunities within the agreed operating structure.

Additionally, this role will have responsibility for budgeting and cost management of the IWP, as well as risk management, reporting, governance and quality assurance.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge

Extensive experience in management of deliverables-based projects

Strong people management and stakeholder management skills

Demonstrated experience within Defence and/or Defence Industry

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in management of finances, contracts and performance reporting

Professional project management qualifications highly desirable

Australian Citizen with a current AGSVA NV1 security clearance.
