**About the roles**:
Nova Systems are currently looking for people of all levels of seniority to join our team of Project Managers within the Electromagnetic Warfare and Intelligence Systems (EWIS) team, which includes EWIS Maritime, EWIS Land, and EWIS Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA).

You will be supporting key Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) projects within EWIS and delivering / sustaining critical Defence capability in support of Australia’s war fighters in executing Defence’s mission to defend Australia and its national interests.

You will bring your project management expertise and experience to coordinate the various elements required to ensure project success, progressing projects through the various stages of capability lifecycle from strategy and inception through to in-service support and disposal. In doing so you will play an essential role in providing the Australian Defence Force with cutting edge technology and tools to deliver its mission.

These roles work across a variety of projects and tasks that support our defence clients.

**Please note**:You must already hold an active NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance. You are required to be based in Canberra, Adelaide or Brisbane ( _Brisbane is only relevant for Project Support Officers (PSO) and Assistant Project Managers (APM)) _.

**What we would like from you**:

- Australian Citizen with an active NV1 AGSVA (Australian Government Security Vetting Agency) Security Clearance
- Proven experience supporting Defence projects as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Support Officer
- Strong experience managing risk and issues, writing Statements of Work (SOW) and creating / managing project schedules
- Experience working across the Defence Capability Life Cycle and Defence Capability Gate Reviews
- Experience with Microsoft Project or Open Plan Professional (OPP)
- Prior experience working across Capability Systems
