**About the Role**

As the Food and Beverage Duty Manager, you’ll assist in overseeing daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, helping to uphold our high standards for service and guest satisfaction. This role calls for an energetic, service-oriented leader who can support our team in delivering a seamless experience and foster a positive team culture.

**Responsibilities**
- **Operational Support**: Oversee daily service across food and beverage venues, ensuring quality and efficiency for an exceptional guest experience.
- **Team Support**: Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating the team, creating a positive work environment and maintaining high morale.
- **Guest Relations**: Focus on guest satisfaction, addressing feedback and handling any service issues promptly to maintain our standards.
- **Inventory and Financial Oversight**: Help monitor inventory, manage budgets, and control costs in alignment with operational goals.
- **Compliance**: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards, maintaining RSA and regulatory compliance.

**Who We're Looking For**

We’re seeking a proactive leader with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a food and beverage role, ideally with management experience. Strong communication skills, a hands-on approach, and a talent for building team dynamics are essential. Experience with Deputy, Kounta, SevenRooms, and Lightyear is a plus.
