3. Efficient and accurate management of reports through the online transcription service and correspondence related to patient care and administration, including referral letters, change of appointment letters and others as required.

4.Compile monthly statistics to ensure that investigations and outpatient new and follow up appointments are managed

5.Organise meetings, manage diaries and appointments for the Director of Geriatrics and associated Senior Medical Staff.

6.Manage correspondence for all staff specialists’ record minutes and draft agendas for various meetings.

7.Communicate effectively with Management and Staff in order to achieve set tasks.

8.Provides relevant information to patients, family, significant others in consultation with the health care team.
