Grant-funded Researcher

**(Level A) $78,544 - $105,611 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.**

**Full-time fixed term position until 31 March 2028.**

A full driver’s license will be required, and this role involves frequent interstate travel.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Completion or near completion of a PhD in agricultural science, soil science, environmental science or have equivalent qualifications or research experience.
- Track record of publication of research in high quality, peer-reviewed journals relative to opportunity.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in designing and undertaking independent agricultural and/or soil science-related research, including field and laboratory sampling, experiments and analysis.
- Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, in particular farmers and grower groups, to achieve project outcomes.
- Ability to deliver project research milestones, objectives and work programs in full and on time, within budget and to an industry partner’s satisfaction.
