**About the Role**:
We're searching for a passionate and experienced Full-Time Assistant Manager to join our Merrylands Store. As part of our management team, you'll play a pivotal role in motivating our team, setting exceptional standards for customer service, and driving store performance to new heights.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Essential experience in store management or as a 2IC in retail or hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, KPIs, and maximizing profitability.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage expenses and keep P&L in check.
- Proficiency in roster management, stock control, and staff development.
- A dedicated and energetic individual who brings their all to everything they do.
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as needed.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per week
