A fantastic opportunity has now become available for a Property Manager within a supportive and friendly team environment where we support work/life balance. Your professional approach, superior customer service skills and ability to liaise on all levels will ensure you succeed.
The role on offer is full-time (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm), no Saturday work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage a portfolio of 170 properties with administration and leasing support (no accounts)
- Develop relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Manage arrears
- Organise repairs and maintenance and liaise with tradespeople
- Oversee rent reviews and lease renewals
- Prepare for and attend tribunal hearings as required
- Preparation and lodgement of insurance claims
- Opportunities for regular training and professional deveolopment
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager
- Class 2 Real Estate Licence
- Must have a strong knowledge of the NSW real estate legislation
- Knowledge of Property Tree and Maintenance Manager an advantage but not essential
- Valid drivers licence and roadworthy and registered vehicle essential
- Excellent time management, great organisation and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
- Impeccable presentation
- Honest and reliable
Renumeration - $60,000 - $80,000 package plus bonuses negotiable depending on experience
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
