**Reporting/Performance Analyst (Excel & Dashboard Reporting)**

**Milsons Point (1 day onsite)**

**6 Months Contract**

**$500 p/day + Super**

Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced '**Reporting/ Performance Analyst**'.

**Key Criteria**:

- It is advantageous if they have **PowerBI skills / Tableau skills -**:

- Monitor and report on the performance of ROM against business objectives and targets in a range of areas, functions, businesses, and services as required.
- Produce regular reports for management on the performance of services, programs and projects.
- Manage effective planning and monitoring systems that measure progress against agreed key performance indicators and progress on corporate objectives.
- Develop, maintain and improve systems to gather the required information to analyse performance indicators, trends and outcomes.
- Identify gaps in the availability of information and participate in the development of strategies to obtain needed information.
- Develop templates, processes and procedures for regular reporting requirements to contribute to the development, review and coordination of ROM performance reporting.
- Critically analyse and interpret large amounts of diverse and complex data to provide advice on current and emerging trends and issues.
- Conduct analysis of various performance reports to assist in driving performance and ensuring alignment between external requirements and ROM strategic plans.
