The Transformational Program Management (TPM) team within KPMG is a key part of our capability and plays an integral role in supporting EMP clients with mobilising, designing and delivering complex transformation and change programs along with uplifting enterprise and digital portfolio management capabilities to increase likelihood for delivery success.. We are proud to offer our team a supportive and collaborative work environment, training and development opportunities, as well as clear career progression pathways. **Your Opportunity** **Associate Director** - Co-designing and implementing large Transformational Programs of work (>$5 million) or managing agile delivery projects - Successfully deliver client-based transformation programs. - Lead and management the end to end client engagement bringing together internal teams across the firm to achieve client outcomes - Review, design improvement plans and supporting implementation that enables clients to uplift of their Portfolio Management capabilities and increase delivery success. - Undertaking business development and other market facing activities that contribute to growing our business. This will include managing teams that produce winning proposals via RFP, RFT and RFQ processes **How you are Extraordinary?** - Extensive experience in mobilising and leading the delivery of large scale transformation programs integrating business and technology to deliver business value in the energy, mining, property and or construction industries - Experience of assessing current state maturity and design improvement plans that will uplift portfolio management functions or equivalent business function uplifts - Enjoy complexity and ambiguity and bringing innovative ideas to deliver high quality outcomes - Certification in Methods such as PRINCE2, AGILE, PMBOK, MSP, MOP. - Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex messaging into concise, accessible communications for varied audiences - Extensive experience in executive and senior leadership engagement and influence - Background in the following disciplines: - Portfolio, Program management - Operating Model transformation - Digital Transformation - Governance - tactical, operational and strategic Business Development **Additional Information**: KPMG is a professional services firm with global outreach and deep sector experience.
