**About Us**:
The Finance and Procurement business unit provides department-wide financial, procurement and workplace services through strategic leadership and setting the direction, policy, and processes, and partnering with the department to build capability.
Procurement and Property Services monitors and reports on procurement performance and manages several high-profile strategic projects to minimise procurement risk and support the delivery of value for money. It is also responsible for the effective operation and management of asset maintenance, fleet and property, and facilities management services across the department.
**About the Role**:
The role is a part of the Asset Strategy, Policy & Systems team which is responsible for delivering efficient and timely asset management services that support the strategic planning objectives of the department, administer and contract manage service arrangements and meet all statutory obligations in respect of asset management. The team works closely with other teams in the branch to support delivery of the department's strategic objectives through provision of procurement and property services.
**Some of your duties will include**:
- Supporting the Systems Lead and the Senior Manager Asset Strategy, Policy & Systems by contributing to the development of policy, procedure and strategy related to asset management and maintenance and systems.
- Supporteing the Systems Lead in provision of operational support and leadership for the department's asset management data systems, including liaising with the Asset and Maintenance Services Contract (AMSC) Service Provider and sourcing Asset Management Accountability Framework (AMAF) evidentiary data as requested.
- Facilitating awareness of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) related to AMSC and contribute to change management through stakeholder engagement.

- Demonstrated experience in procurement or asset management implementation or experience in maintaining data within an asset management system.
- Knowledge of Victorian Digital Asset Strategy (VDAS) asset management registers, ISO 55000, the Building Act 1993 (Act), the Building Code of Australia (Code), Victorian Building Regulations 2018 (Regulations).
- Data analysis and report writing.
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, preferably encompassing, asset management, project management, contract administration or business administration is highly desirable.
