**The Opportunity**

Due to our ongoing expansion in the market, we now have multiple opportunities for Road and Site Sweeper Operators to join us. Sweeper Operator experience with some dual steering know-how is desirable but if you don’t have this, and have truck driving experience with a passion to learn, we can provide the training. Easy

You will work out of the Salisbury Plain base and be part of the team reporting to the Branch Manager.

**What are the main requirements of the Role?**
- Performing of all required road and site sweeping duties as scheduled;
- Performing any general labouring duties that may be required;
- Ensuring road sweeping work meets the standards of management and the expectations of customers;
- The completion of site inductions and accreditation with respect to customer sites where required; and
- Performing all required start-up, wash-down end of shift and routine maintenance procedures.

**What do I need to be great at this role ?**
- Must have minimum of 3 years Truck driving experience (council garbage truck, dual steering experience is a bonus)
- Be able to work independently whilst maintaining a company focus;
- Display a sense of urgency and punctuality in your work;
- Possess strong time management and organisational skills;
- Be willing to work varied and flexible hours including weekend work is essential;
- Have a good energy and fitness level
- Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screen
- Have a current SA MR licence or higher; and a white card

No sweeping experience is strictly necessary - we can train you

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $34.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Truck driving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- MR Licence (preferred)
- White Card (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
