**About the Role**

As an Operations Coordinator you will effectively coordinate the traincrew and yard operations, ensuring cost effective deployment of resources while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Coordinate daily traincrew and yard operations
- Ensure cost-effective use of resources and timely delivery
- Be an integral part of the Kwinana Leadership Team
- Oversee the movement of rolling stock and execution of the yard plan

You will:

- Direct and manage allocation and utilisation of resources
- Develop and improve systems to enhance supply chain performance
- Lead and coach your team with clear goals and continuous improvement focus
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- (Responsibilities may evolve over time as operations grow.)_

**About You**

You’re someone who brings:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Train Driving and/or Shunt qualifications (preferred - training provided)
- Cert IV/Diploma in Frontline Management or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Confident computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Experience in yard operations or heavy industry logistics
- Proven frontline leadership experience (highly regarded)
