What you will do:
The purpose of this role is to provide a point of contact for all participants, their families and other key stakeholders. To ensure the delivery of high-quality services that are person centered and based on the individuals needs and choices. The role will also promote the independence and inclusion for participants and their families.

This position reports directly to the Business Unit Manager and offered on a full time permanent basis. The position will be based primarily out of the Kurri Kurri Head Office. ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍

What you need to have:

- An understanding of the community services sector, especially NDIS and direct supports.
- Commitment to social justice and valuing diversity/inclusion.
- The ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including key stakeholders, families’ carers and participants to achieve a common goal.
- A genuine belief in person centered practices and Choice and Control Frameworks.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate to those with disability.
- Great time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

**Essential Criteria**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent industry experience.
- Ability to be adaptable and respond well to changes, including in a team environment.
- Experience working alongside participants and their families to achieve goals and outcomes.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and promote KKCS at events
- National Criminal History Check
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Australian First Aid Certificate
- Meet the mandatory vaccinations for COVID 19 as defined by the Government Public Health Orders.
