As part of our expansion, we are looking for an International Education Analyst to work with our management and ensure that our processes adapt to the evolving demands of the international education industry.
**Role Overview**
The International Education Analyst role will be responsible for improving and overseeing the operational processes across various departments within the company. This role is crucial due to the fast-paced nature of the education industry, requiring continuous adaptation to new trends and regulations. You will lead initiatives to optimise efficiency, enhance workflows, and ensure a high-quality experience for students and partner institutions. As you will work in a team located in different countries, bilingual communication in both English and Spanish is highly regarded.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and optimise company-wide operational processes, ensuring they align with strategic objectives.
- Design and implement new processes and workflows across departments such as Sales, Students Support, Accounts, Marketing, and Student Services to meet industry demands and support business growth.
- Continuously analyse and refine existing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in response to industry changes.
- Develop and maintain operational manuals, process documentation, and guidelines for teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Supervise and mentor onshore and offshore teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring processes are implemented effectively across different regions.
- Use your expertise in process improvement and productivity management to lead change initiatives that enhance business outcomes.
- Implement systems for tracking operational performance, including the development of KPIs and reporting mechanisms.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for improvement, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.
- Report to the Director on operational results and key performance indicators.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Experiences in areas related to Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement, or Quality Auditing are highly valued.
- At least 3 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record in improving processes and managing teams.
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen or other relevant tools.
- Demonstrated experience in leading projects involving restructuring and process reengineering.
- Excellent communication skills in English is essential.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, ideally within international education or services sectors.
- A solid understanding of the international education industry is highly preferred.
**Remuneration**
$80,000 - $100,000, salary will be commensurate with experience.
