**In this role, you will**:
- Mentor and coach individuals to build their employability skills
- Connect people to job opportunities and external support services
- Maintain accurate records and manage client information in line with government systems
- Support clients to set goals and overcome employment barriers
**What we’re looking for**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team
- Motivation to meet individual targets and KPIs
- Solid administration skills and confidence with IT (Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry)
- Great attention to detail and ability to manage pressure
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

**Remuneration**
A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
