Process Manager, Home Buying

**About the Role**
As the Home Buying Process Manager, you'll be at the heart of product delivery, working closely with Product Managers and Stakeholders across the product division and broader group business divisions. Your role will focus on managing verification and validation procedures, supporting portfolio management, product changes, regulatory obligations, and compliance activities.

To excel in this role, you'll need to understand BOQ Group's product portfolio, policies, and procedures. You'll understand customer change initiatives and identify opportunities for new methods of working, product, and process design. Ensuring the successful implementation of agreed tasks and projects will be key, as will participating in projects in an analytical or SME role. You'll solve strategic and complex problems impacting BOQ Group and its customers, with a strong understanding of the regulatory environment and operational risk and compliance. You'll review and identify areas for improvement in customer communications and product portfolio management and identify business changes and opportunities for new or updated customer communications.

Understanding the bank’s customer experience will be crucial, as will managing change initiatives and ensuring smooth transitions during process and product improvements. You'll write risk committee papers and present them to relevant stakeholders, clearly articulating business problems and solutions through risk papers, stakeholder engagement packs, and other forms of communication. You'll deliver team-based outcomes that align with the bank’s overall strategy, demonstrating inclusivity and leveraging relevant information to resolve business problems. You'll initiate development opportunities, seek coaching and feedback, and communicate decisions with confidence and clarity.
**About you**

You've thrived in both analytical and Project Management roles, and you have a strong grasp of compliance and regulatory obligations and your expertise shines through in developing data-driven, lifecycle communications and procedures. You're known for your exceptional communication skills and keen attention to detail.

Change management is your forte, and you've successfully led numerous change initiatives. Additionally, you have experience in writing risk committee papers and presenting them to stakeholders, showcasing your ability to clearly articulate complex business problems and solutions.
