**Position Overview**

As an Accounts Payable Officer for a global property investment company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of business.

You will be responsible for accurately processing invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and assisting with various accounting tasks.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for the accounts payable (AP) functions of logistics business unit in Australia.
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Cash flow management.
- Maintain high volume mailbox queries.
- Management of all aspects of the AP function across multiple entities, ensuring invoices, approvals and payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Meet deadlines for payment of creditors.
- Handle internal and supplier queries.
- Assist with preparation of weekly reporting and month end.
- Daily processing and reviewing of incoming invoices from vendors.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and reconciling financial data to ensure accurate and timely reporting to clients.

**The Person**
- Accountancy degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in property accounting / AP.
- Skilled in operating MRI, a property management accounting software and adept with SAP.
- Skilled in handling a large volume of invoices, including processing and creating invoices and purchase orders.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (V-Look Up / Pivot Tables)
