Located in Kingsgrove, New South Wales, the company has been a leading product solution provider to the industrial sector for over 60 years This Australian branch of the global company serves quality and high performance in the food, waste baling, and general warehouse movements of pallets, for containment and protection of products. Growing just like the company itself, the finance and accounting team have been one of the most comfortable team to work with as they have an amazing working environment and culture, even one of the staff have been there for 17 years Now, they are currently wishing to welcome an AP&AR Officer to the group

**So what are the responsibilities you will be facing day to day?**
- Processing supplier invoices into Pronto ERP system
- Reconcile supplier accounts monthly
- Maintain vendore files
- Assist with month end closing
- Provide supporting documentation for audits
- Maintain confidentiality of organisational information
- Maintain accounts receivable reconds to ensure anging is up to date, credits and collections are applied
- Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger
- Register PPSR as required
- Reconciling customer accounts monthly
- Support other accounting and finance team members and customer service
