- $70k - $95k plus super (depending on experience)

**The Role**:
We are recruiting for a
**Bid Coordinator **to work for an infrastructure, resources and energy company located in
**East Perth**. This
**full time **position will see you responsible for coordinating the proposal documentation on different
**Renewables **projects.

**Essential criteria**:

- Tertiary** Qualification **in **Administration, Communications **or** Business.**:

- Experience preparing tenders within the **construction industry.**:

- Experience in the proposal development, management and scheduling of submissions for tenders.
- Experience collating submission documentation.
- Knowledge of construction tendering requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance
- Decide which submissions are suitable.
- Quality control procedures.
- Inform Estimating Team of upcoming tenders, deadlines and tasks.
- Understand RFQ to determine timeframes and duties.
- Maintenance of tender and lead register.
- Copy-writing as requested.
- Inform relevant stakeholders of all documentation and updates.
- Manage tender activities.
- Collate relevant information for submissions.
- Obtain client feedback on unsuccessful tenders.
- Prepare tender submission documentation.
- Prepare and submit any pre-qualification documents required.
