**About the Role**

We are currently seeking an experienced, mature female Chiropractor to join our group, working initially-mainly in the Balwyn practice. The role is a new position, expected to grow quickly - initially 20 hrs per week. We are looking for a practitioner with a growth mindset and is a great team player - ready to step in when need arises.

**Let’s Talk About You**

To best support our clients, you will need:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in chiropractic care
- An interest in exercise therapy
- Experience with exercise as well as preventative / wellness strategies would be an advantage.
- Keen interest to assist in growth and marketing strategies
- A bachelor’s degreein Applied Science in Chiropractic
- Current AHPRA registration
- Australian working rights
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Tech Savvy (Computer literacy)
- Marketing experience and customer service skills would be an advantage.
- Mandarin language: knowledge an advantage (not prerequisite)

**You are expert in**
- Chiropractic care
- Hands on musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
- Communication
- Client Management System (CRM - Customer Relationship Management)

You will be trained, and full support provided in the delivery of expert Musculoskeletal care, exercise programs for patients; as well as consulting new patients musculoskeletal, ergonomic and exercise needs. There will be excellent opportunities to broaden your skill base working collaborating with Physiotherapists/ Exercise Physiologists, Chiropractors and Dietitians in a collaborative work culture.

**Salary**

Remuneration package will include a negotiated Service Level Agreement and retainer.
