About the role

Ismile studio' is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our long established practice in Balwyn, Victoria. As an Associate Dentist, you will play a crucial role in delivering dental care to our diverse patient base. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work alongside our talented team of dental professionals.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive dental examinations and developing tailored treatment plans for patients
• Performing a wide range of dental procedures, including restorations, extractions, root canals, cosmetic treatments and orthodontics.
• Providing excellent patient care and ensuring a positive patient experience
• Collaborating with the dental team to maintain a safe, efficient, and well-organised clinical environment
• Staying up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies to provide the best possible care
• Contributing to the ongoing development and growth of the practice

What we're looking for

• Registered dentist with a valid AHPRA licence
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a practising dentist, preferably with clinical experience in the Australian healthcare system
• Sound clinical skills and technical ability to perform a wide range of dental procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients
• Commitment to providing advanced patient-centred care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Enthusiasm for continuing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends
• Unrestricted right to work in Australia
