**About this role**:
As Stake Media's Content Lead, you will be responsible for turning what is currently a community engagement model into a media publisher model. With the ambition of building a scaled audience who regularly consumes our content, you will manage the development of content strategies, channel strategies, as well as the delivery of the content itself.
You will oversee a team of content creators (writers and social media specialist) to make this happen.
**A bit about you**:
- You will have passion and knowledge of the financial markets to be able to drive an editorial calendar that spits out a consistent flow of high quality content, built to engage the new generation of investor;
- You see yourself as a champion, owner and driving force in elevating Stake Media into a serious media publisher in the finance, business and markets Australian media landscape
- Experience in planning out when and how to expand into new channels and formats
- Experience managing people (Writers and a Social Media Specialists) to deliver on Stake Media's goals
